All orders and invoices are subject to the terms and conditions set forth below, as well as those appearing on any acknowledgment form, order or invoice received by the customer from Azucena Jewellery o/b Gemmer Creation Company Limited. Any conflicting or additional terms contained in any invoice, order or other document furnished by the customer shall not be binding on Azucena Jewellery, unless specifically assented to in writing by Azucena Jewellery. The customer’s acceptance of delivery of goods shall be conclusive evidence of the customer’s assent hereto.

Azucena Jewellery reserves the right to make changes and amendments to the prices, availability and details of products without prior notice.

All merchandises ordered or sold are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, nor non-returnable. Payment for all customer orders has to be paid in full amount, and once the order is confirmed, the designs and the details of the products cannot be changed, and if the order is cancelled, the deposit is non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Azucena Jewellery will be responsible for manufacturing defects for products for a period of one (1) month from the date of purchase for jewellery and will repair or replace any goods during this one (1) month warranty period due to manufacturing defects. However, Azucena Jewellery will not be responsible for products damage, defects, or diamond loss caused by man-made, misuse, accidents, negligence, normal wear and tear, abuse, modification, or attempted repair. Azucena Jewellery reserves the right to determine the repair service to be taken.

Any fully paid, partially paid, or repaired products retained at Azucena Jewellery, and not being collected after (3) three months of initial date available for collection, the possession and title of the products is deems to be passed to Azucena Jewellery. Azucena Jewellery reserves the right to dispose the products, and any payments or deposits will be forfeited.

Customer is requested to check, examine, and verify all the merchandises before leaving Azucena Jewellery, under no circumstances shall Azucena Jewellery entertain any complaints afterwards.

Complimentary engraving service is only available to engagement rings and wedding bands at the time of an Order placement. Azucena Jewellery has the discretion to restrict the number of complimentary characters, including punctuation, per item of Goods for engraving. Any extra character exceeding 15 characters will be subject to additional charges of HK$10 each.

Length adjustment service for watches and bracelets will be available at Azucena Jewellery and is only applicable to certain selected items, subject to additional charges as Azucena Jewellery may determine from time to time.

Azucena Jewellery provides free resizing for any of its ring item for one time within 6 months after the date of purchase of the Goods (as stated in the invoice issued by Azucena Jewellery). Resizing service is only applicable to certain selected items (eternity band, designs with engraving on both sides, special designs, and/or custom-made designs are excluded), provided that the customer presents Azucena Jewellery the original invoice. Notwithstanding the foregoing: (i) such service is restricted to reduction or increase in size not exceeding two quarter-size levels according to the size scale adopted by Azucena Jewellery at the relevant time; and (ii) Azucena Jewellery will charge the customer material costs for additional material used in the resizing.

Unless otherwise specified by Azucena Jewellery, payment for the Goods will be effected in Hong Kong dollars by way of cash or credit/debit card accepted on Azucena Jewellery’s issuance of the Acceptance. The customer hereby represents and warrants that the customer is the legitimate holder of the credit/debit card used for payment for the Goods. If the credit/debit card is not denominated in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD), the final price charged in the customer’s currency will be calculated by the customer’s issuing bank or card provider.

Azucena Jewellery makes no guarantee that the goods shown on the Websites will be available for sale at all times.

Azucena Jewellery reserves the right to amend the Full Set of Terms from time to time without prior written notice to customer.
